Rosewood Capital is a boutique firm, not in competition with investment banks or management consultants. Our main selection criteria is organizational maturity. While we expect clients to have basic components in place (product, back office, full-time employees) before we sign up, we don’t have any arbitrary age or size requirements.
We encourage interested SMEs to contact us regardless of readiness - we may be able to guide you in the right direction for possible future engagements.

Due to regulatory restrictions, Rosewood Capital is limited to working with accredited investors as defined in Schedule 6 & 7 of the Capital Market & Service Act 2007. We are not in the business of providing investment advice nor price targets and expect investors to be capable of doing due-diligence themselves.
Many within our network are serial entrepreneurs, corporate professionals or investment firms looking to support and develop our local ecosystem together. Our value add include acting as additional deal pipeline to your existing sources, helping disseminate market sentiment, and acting as an outsourcing partner for pre-investment development work.
